You can do what I cannot do. I can do what you cannot do. Together we can do great things.

  Our Core Values

As a business we think it is so important to instil core values, not just in our staff but our clients too. If we’re all singing off the same hymn sheet we know we can build a successful relationship with the people we work with.

Choosing our core values was easy as we knew from the offset what we wanted to achieve as a business.

No1. Help others to achieve their goals – This is both true for our staff and our clients, we want to see everyone reach their targets and goals in life.

No2. Think above the line – This is a biggy for us and not just something we leave in the workplace, this can be applied to all areas of your life – Operating your life “Above the line” brings positivity, ownership, accountability, and responsibility, choosing to act “Below the line” breeds negativity, denial, blame & excuses – We know where we’d rather be!

No.3. Adopt a Kaizen attitude – Always be open to change and continuous improvement.

Meet The Team

Meet the Edwards of Gwynedd team that are dedicated to making your business prosper

Rhys has grown up in the world of business with both of his parents running successful businesses in Gwynedd. This has inspired his drive and passion to follow his dream of running his own business also.

The journey began at Chester Business School where Rhys gained a Business Degree before embarking on his Chartered Certified Accountant qualification through ACCA. Working full time, studying and bringing up a young family have meant that Rhys thrives on time management and fully understands the day to day pressures of running a business and juggling life!

Rhys has been an accountant for 12 years and has thoroughly enjoyed helping all kinds of local businesses, both large and small, to remain successful, to grow and to diversify, and ultimately to enable his clients to continue living their dream.

In his down time Rhys is a keen runner - mountains, roads, beaches - he’ll run anywhere! His greatest achievement so far is completing the New York Marathon in 3hrs 26mins and in the process raising over 4K for charity. He is always looking for a new challenge! Watch this space...

Marcia is the “Mrs” in the Edwards partnership, providing the personal touch which is essential to business.

Always answering your calls and emails with a smile and making the tea when you drop by the office.

As well as running her own online businesss, Mrs Edwards also has years of valuable experience in business, Marcia's expertise lies in Management, procurement, bookkeeping & I.T. however, within Edwards of Gwynedd Marcia's main role is Payroll - She'll be your go to for all of your payroll & pension issues.

Unlike Mr Edwards, Mrs Edwards does not run marathons!! But she is Rhys’ biggest supporter and a keen fundraiser.

Pete and Joe White jpeg.jpg

Peter Green B.A. Hons, Dip PFS, Cert II (MP)

and lets not forget Joe, his trusty sheepdog!
Our associated Financial Adviser

Originally from Manchester, Pete moved to Bontddu in 2007 and never looked back. These days, apart from work, Pete spends the majority of his time with his adorable son and Wife Catherine, or strolling on the beach in a vain attempt to exhaust Joe, his dog.

Ever since graduating from University he's always worked in Financial Services. Since the 1990's he has been a Financial Adviser, firstly with Halfax Plc and then switching to HSBC Plc in the move to Wales. In 2012 he became and Independent Financial Adviser and joined J.S. Jones IFA Ltd, based in Dolgellau. However, with many of his old clients following him he travels regularly across North Wales and beyond, often with Joe in hand.

He provides Independent Advice to both personal and business clients. This includes pension planning, auto-enrolment guidance, investments, life and critical illness cover, income protection, private health insurance, mortgage protection and inheritance tax planning.

All initial appointments are free of charge and at this meeting he will get to fully understand your finances and wider circumstances in order to ensure he can make the appropriate recommendations. Many of the fees for Pete's work are paid by the product providers themselves and in other cases when Pete does require a fee all will be pre-agreed so there's no reason not to come and see him to see if he can help you in any way.
