Rhys
Managing Director FCCA
Rhys grew up in the world of business, with his parents running successful hospitality ventures. Their achievements ignited a deep passion within him, of establishing his own business and serving the hospitality sector. In his downtime, Rhys channels his energy into running, achieving success in both the New York & London Marathon. When he's not running, he indulges his culinary creativity through the art of BBQ, he's known to spark up the coals even in January!
Andrew
Part Qualified CIMA Accountant, Bookkeeper & Tech Guru
Beyond the realm of numbers, Andrew boasts vast experience in the vibrant hospitality industry. Having honed his skills in hotels, and restaurants, he is no stranger to the art of exceptional service. Andrew loves to embark on thrilling adventures worldwide, indulging in the finest craft beers. We posed the question to Andrew: If he were a beer, which beer would he be? Without skipping a beat, he proclaimed himself a “Blue Moon”, despite his allegiance not lying with a certain football team!
Marcia
People & Payroll
Marcia is the "Mrs" in the Edwards partnership, providing the personal touch which is essential to any business. Marcia also has years of valuable experience in business; Including hotel management, procurement, bookkeeping, I.T. and payroll. Marcia's go to comfort food after a long day at work is homemade buttered chicken curry, cooked on the BBQ!

Financial Services
Ever since graduating from University, Petes always worked in Financial Services. He provides Independent Advise to both personal and business clients. This includes pension planning, auto-enrolment guidance, investments, life, and critical illness cover, income protection, private health insurance, mortgage protection, and inheritance tax planning.
Lois
Office Temp
Lois is our hands-on office temp, she can turn her hand to all things techy and is a huge fan of lists! In between working for EOG Lois has also completed a degree in Criminology and has almost completed her masters in Social Work.
Darcie
Our Office Dog
Meet Darcie, our charismatic 6-year-old GSP who accompanies us wherever we go, adding an extra dose of cuteness to the office. Whether she's diligently guarding the biscuit jar or peacefully dozing in front of the cosy office log burner, her presence brings warmth and joy.
Geth
Apprentice Trainee Accountant
Geth is the latest member of our team at EOG Accounting. While the countdown to his ACCA Accountancy training begins in June 2024, Geth is already on the fast track, mastering the intricacies of accountancy in house at EOG Accounting proving himself to be a true whiz in the making. When he's not immersed in the world of numbers, Geth is living and breathing football. When asked about post-match food, Gethin’s go to is Nando’s, followed by salted caramel cheesecake – yum!And there’s more…
As well as our amazing in-house team we are also fortunate to have a remote team that has our back! We definitely couldn’t do what we do without these guys & girls.
From Bookkeeping to Admin Support we have all areas covered. We have VIP access to an elite team of Tax & VAT specialists teams, an extension to EOG that tackle tough Tax challenges with confidence. There’s not much these guys don’t know about Tax & VAT.
